PUBLIC NOTICE

The public is advised that on March 9, 2021, an Environmental Impact Assessment Revision 3 was submitted to the Department of Environmental Planning and Protection (DEPP) for The Marina at Hooper’s Bay project in Exuma. The document pertains to activities that will include the development of 5.6 acres of land which will be subdivided for residential villas and a with a 27 - slip marina.

Physical copies of the document are available for review at the office of the District Council and the Island Administrator’s office during normal business hours. Inquiries should be submitted to DEPP via e-mail to inquiries@depp.gov.bs or directly to the developer at tmhbpublicmeeting@gmail.com The public is also advised that the Developer is hosting a second opportunity for the public to meet the Developer and discuss the EIA document. The virtual meeting will be held on March 29th 2021 at 6:00 p.m. with DEPP and the Developer.
